Ryan is a Co-Founder and a Managing Partner of Restive Ventures. He has spent the last 15 years identifying, supporting and leading market-changing innovations in technology. Since 2015, he's invested in over 60 early-stage fintech firms, which have grown to serve millions of consumers and small businesses and resulted in numerous acquisitions and one public listing. Prior to founding Restive, Ryan led the development of the Financial Solutions Lab, a partnership between JPMorgan Chase and the Financial Health Network. Before managing the Lab, Ryan worked with leading tech firms to develop payment solutions at Silicon Valley Bank. He also served as Strategy Group Lead at Enclude Solutions, overseeing global strategy consulting work around mobile financial products.

Takanori (Taka) Kamahara is a fintech equity and debt investor at GMO Payment Gateway, a Silicon Valley-based global venture capital and debt firm. The firm manages seven funds and has invested in over 200 startups worldwide, including more than 20 IPOs and 14 unicorns. Its parent company, GMO Payment Gateway, is the largest payment service provider in Japan, offering innovative fintech solutions. The ultimate parent, GMO Internet Group, is one of the largest Internet conglomerates in Japan.

Abhi Chandrasekhara, Managing Director - Venture Banking, Customers Bank
Abhi Chandrasekhara serves as Managing Director, Venture Banking at Customers Bank where he leads new venture debt investments into technology companies, and is also responsible for supporting the bank's existing relationships. Abhi has 15 years of experience in venture and growth capital investments and has worked for a wide range of companies including TA Associates, Advantage Capital, Victory Park Capital, and a Silicon Valley-based startup. His investing experience has spanned the full range of early-stage capital options, from senior loans (including venture debt and warehouse facilities) to junior capital (including subordinated debt and traditional equity). Abhi holds an MBA from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business. He also earned a BS in Finance and BA in Economics from the University of Maryland. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children and cheering on Bay Area sports teams.
