    Sean is the Head of Strategic Partnerships, Startups at Anthropic where he focuses on supporting early-stage founders & VC firms. Prior to joining Anthropic, he was an investor at Pear VC and two-time founder. Sean studied Artificial Intelligence at Stanford, where he was a two-time NCAA All-American.

  • Dr. Hrant Gharibya, Co-Founder & CEO

    Dr. Hrant Gharibyan is the  CEO and co-founder of BlueQubit, a San Francisco-based quantum computing startup focused on developing quantum software solutions for enterprises. Before co-founding BlueQubit, Hrant had a distinguished dual career in industry and academia. He holds a Ph.D. in Quantum Computing from Stanford University and was a Simons Fellow at Caltech.

    In addition to his academic career, Hrant worked as a quantum research scientist and consultant at Google and several startups, contributing to the advancement of quantum technology in both research and practical applications.

  • Snigdha Kumar, CEO & Co-founder

    Snigdha Kumar is the CEO and Co-founder of Brico.ai, a platform focused on automating state-by-state financial compliance for sectors like money transmission, lending, and debt collection at 1/10th the cost and 5X faster. With over 12 years of experience in FinTech across investing, banking, cash advance, savings, and payments, she has held roles in operations, strategy, partnerships, and consulting. Snigdha currently serves on the Board of Financial Innovation for the New York Department of Financial Services (NYDFS). Her expertise spans both strategic big-picture planning and hands-on tactical implementation for launching new products and processes. Snigdha’s work has been featured in major publications such as the Wall Street Journal, Harvard Business Review, and Forbes. She has professional experience in the USA, Indonesia, Myanmar, and India and holds a Master’s from Harvard University

  • Tyler Griffin, Co-Founder & Managing Partner, Restive Ventures (Moderator)

    Tyler is a Co-Founder and a Manager Partner of Restive Ventures. Tyler has spent the last decade thinking about how to make money work better. He co-founded Prism Money, a consumer-focused bill payment product that allowed for instant and free payments to over 15,000 banks and billers, in 2012. Now owned by BillGo, Prism is America’s largest real-time payment network. Following Prism’s sale, Tyler became entrepreneur-in-residence for the Financial Solutions Lab, a partnership between JPMorgan Chase and CFSI. In this role, he mentored 16 companies focused on fintech solutions to improve Americans’ financial health. Prior to starting Prism, Tyler worked in the Mergers & Acquisitions group at JPMorgan’s and Citigroup’s Investment Banking offices in New York City. He also worked at a middle-market private equity fund and served on multiple boards of directors. Tyler received his BA from Northwestern University in 2005 and holds a commercial pilot certificate.
